Sharptronics very good service

I wish I can go below 1 star. Worst customer service. They speak in sweet words until you make the payment and they delay in delivery. They promised to exchange our old washing machine. After 2 months and after 1000 follow-ups, they have collected the washing with no payment. No more Sharptronics, let it be any branch.

Excellent service got from them.We opted AC for my home from this Sharptronics Velachery, Chennai vendor. The service rendered by them was very prompt and perfect. AC was installed perfectly by the people of this dealer.They charged 58000 for that. They have approached very well in brand selection, after purchase they have installed it safely to my place.

I purchase a AC yesterday and had to make more than 15 calls to get it delivered. they also told me that they will get the old ac unit however it was not yet done. Every time i called they said please wait 30 min, then 45 min, then 60 min so on and so forth... Be advised its the worst customer service you can expect
