Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

DO NOT CALL them. First of all -forced us to change the filter - during a regular servicing. The filter costs 8000. We have no way to know if the technician was lying or we really needed to change it. After the servicing,the red light indicator on the filter had come on, and we asked him why, he said it will go away on its own from ‘the back end’. Lie. Since we couldn’t use the filter we let it go. They remained unresponsive for 5 days, and finally when he came to replace the filter, it took him hours, and many phonecalls asking for instructions, but he couldn’t reset the filter. After a lot of arguing, since they had already taken the money and refused to refund, we agreed to see if it works, and if not, we were reassured that they would come back in 2 days to either fix it, or provide a refund. Their number has been not reachable for the last one week. Using another number, when we reached them today, Shekhar himself said ‘I’ll see’. The filter is not working since the technician.

Also they come saying last service is remaining and then after changing the candle, say its part of the new contract. The customer service did not solve my problem and hung up on me. my problem is unresolved.
