Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Its a complete waste of time and money. They only want your money. This was my 3rd shifting and previous 2 was done by Agrawal packers and movers but this time I opted shift freight and after loading my belongings they started asking heavy amount which was not told earlier and when we got delivery 4 boxes whr completely crushed and they are not even ready to recognise now. Pathetic service, money extorts, no one will take responsibility.

These people are running scam in Bangalore. Purely unprofessional unskilled people are there. This scam is running by coordinator Surya & Ankit. They will tell you a lot of things to see the service. They kept my 600 rupees & didn't take the cartoon boxes which they promised to do after a week. Now non of the people are answering the call nor the 500 coupon given by them is redeemable. These are fraud ?? ?? & scammers.

On call 4 person was committed Will come . After booking 2 person came . Person where given 2 time tea and lunch food. I was shifting from 1 tower to other tower in the same Society. total Item was going be shifted in truck by 2 ride. They came 7 am shifted 1 ride by 2 . After that they went for lunch (provided by me ) . After loading 1 truck they told me to do the full payment then only they will unload it. Without informing me they went . I waited 1 hour after that when I called them they told me we are gone. I don?t know what all item was left in the truck . Some of my items are missing . The sales person Veer pratap not picked my call when I called him so many times . Shift Freight Solution Pathetic and fraud company . Plse don?t book there service. I have been cheated

Don't believe on them. They are goons. They have sales person who talks to you very politely and his role is to get token money and give you assurance that are best. Now they have separate goo s team, who will start fight without seeing items and ask you silly questions. Like fridge we will lift from balcony by ropes, how many cartagena you required.. give you lot of excuses like this was not committed etc. Without coming and seeing...then they say boys are not available, then we will not able to come today.. then say tomorrow we will come. Conclussion is they will make you post off before shifting start.... Please note all positive rating are paid.... don't believe that. Not because my experience was poor. But I talked my friends they also suffered lot. Guys they are goons
