Horrible and shoddy repair. Had to do basic pasting at places which they could not. And above that suggested that I use the shoe in the same condition for 3 months and then get them serviced again. Also tried pasting in places without removing mud to which they justified that they got the shoe for pasting not cleaning. Basically they don't know what they are doing. Feels like blue collar is trying to do the cobblers job. What can you expect. Attached pics of shoes after receiving from repair shop.

Mr. Owner sorry to say but u hv been vry unprofessional by being rude with ur regular customer ...u instantly refuse to listen to the problem just because it's been 15days....rather then resolveING the problem....very rude n unprofession ...even if u wanted to charge again I was ok...its a gucci bag which I can't just let go

Not good at all . In March ,I gave a sandal to be polished , when I checked the sandals in jaipur , I realised the they weren?t polished at all . Since I don?t live in Delhi , I couldn?t bring it back . When I called up Tightened my Valentino so much that now My foot doesn?t go in . Can?t be loosened now . Have a tuni suitcase to fix a handle . Did such a amateurish job and the handle is barely just hanging on . As I have a flight , and my driver picked it from mr pronto , City select , I had no choice but to just take it . Praying it doesn?t fall apart . Not the same service which they had till 2 years back .

Where do i even begin These people have tormented me for months. They are untimely, unprofessional, unethical and irresposible. They lost 2 pairs of my imported shoes which costed us a fortune. It was hard earned money and i felt all sorts of disgust when these people treated like it didn't matter and were so relaxed and unperplexed about the fact that they are indeed resposible and didnot show the slightest blip of guilt. I have done everything to make them compensate and at the minimum respond to my calls and solve the issue. I've been abrasive, i threatened them with lawsuit and whatnot. They were stoic and impassive. To sum my comment up to the general public, i just have one thing to say, these people will make you regret for choosing them. The worst Start-up/company there is, also the delivery is tooo disorganised, even if they lucked out and cleaned ur shoe and tried to return them back they will take forever to deliver.
