Cheat person who simply lies. Installed old parts in the gadget and charges for new. Kept us waiting for 3 days stating part is missing and took advance. 10000 advance paid and now he is not answering calls

They came all the way from tilak nigar to moti bagh to fix my microwave the day after I called. Turned out the board was at fault, they fixed that, fixed the motor and added a light which had blasted broken. Now the microwave is working perfectly! Definitely recommended

I hired India Repair service Mr Pramod on 23rd Feb 2023 for repairing Fridge. He changed the relay and OLP and charged 800/. Later on I inquired from a shop. The spares cost were just 150/ . Including visiting charges 200/, he could have charged a fair price of 350. I paid 800 bcz he told me that he is also giving warranty of 6month. He metioned the warranty on bill. After 1 month, 28th March 2023, fridge started giving same problems. I called Mr Pramod. He told me that he will visit but he never came. Later on he messaged that he will refund the full amount as he is not available. Today is 14th April and he is not responding to my calls and not refunding . I am feeling cheated. Feeling very frustrated by his pathetic service. I don't recommend him . Keep away from such cheaters. Communication 1/5 responsiveness 1/5 good price 1/5 ontime services 1/5 Service Quality 1/5

Forcefully rejected my compressor warranty by relating it with a dent in the freezer. They asked 7600 for repair and the actual cost of my fridge is 10k. 76% for repair of a fridge that is well within the warranty period.

This guy is super fraud.Dont believe him Don't trust this guy, In Nov our water pump stop working we got his number from internet,he send plumber to take the pump and he said your water pump is totally burned ,I'll repair the pump and the cost will be 2300 rs and 500 rs for the plumber to fix the pump back and I'll give you warrenty for 3 month if any think happen I'll repair it for free. We trust the this guy and gave him 2300 rs online transfer and 500 rs cash to his plumber for fixing the pump. One mistake that we did is we didn't record his verbal communication with us, is in which he promise us 3 month warranty.now in 2 month the water pump moter stop woking ,we called this guy and he came and took the moter with him and told us something stuck in your moter and the repair will cost 1500 rs and he didn't open the pump and told us this thing as he had x-rays in eyes and without opening the moter he can tell us what is the problem,we told him it's in 3 month warranty as we repair this one from you only .he took the moter with him and then he stop picking our call even calling him h so many times now he is thretening us to give him 1500 rs or he will not give our moter back. So you better call a genuine big company guy who give your written warrenty on product then this frudster who refuse later.
