From the moment I contacted Sikka enterprises AC Repair Company, it was clear that their customer service was sorely lacking. My initial call was met with disinterested responses and vague promises of prompt service. Despite making an appointment, the technician arrived a full three hours late, leaving me frustrated and wasting my precious time Days turned into a never-ending wait for updates. Despite their promises of quick repairs, I was left without any communication regarding the progress of my AC repair. It took several follow-up calls on my part just to receive a vague estimate of when the repair might be completed. Each time I called, I was met with dismissive responses and empty reassurances that "someone would be sent soon." The lack of transparency and accountability was incredibly frustrating, and I began to lose faith in the company's ability to provide a satisfactory solution.

I repaired my O General split AC from Sikka Enterprises,NIT. They took it to service centre and returned in one day. They did general cleaning and changed the PCB. They charged Rs 3000 for the service. I am satisfied.

From this Sikka Enterprises, NIT agency I serviced my Videocon Ac. Their service was very good as they completed their work immediately and they charged RS 350 for the work. It was general service and water leakage is stoped. Now there is no problem in AC. I am gratified with their service.

For my Split AC Mitsubishi general service, I have contacted this Sikka Enterprises, NIT service Center. they responded very quickly, they came and serviced AC. They completed the work properly on committed time. I am happy with the service.
