I ordered a window from here. The price is attractive but the courier charge was ?400 which affects the bottom line. Then you pay an additional ?150 for handling when you personally go to pick it up. Item was damaged on one portion. No screws were given. No one accepts any responsibility! They blame you for courier issues!

Nitharshini is right. Muthukumar has made his close acquaintances to write some excellent reviews. None of them are detailed and it is evident they are all fake. In reality, he will showcase himself as a genuine person and get the order. His true color can be seen once you pay the advance. He is zero in his commitment and fails meeting the customer's requirements after taking the advance. In my case, he took 50% advance and absconded. Never bothers to respond to calls nor replies to whatsapp messages. When one has the motive to only swindle the money from the customers what else can we expect? While I am not giving up, thought of placing it on record about this fraudster. I can't vouch his quality work as I am unfortunate to witness that yet because he went happy with the 50% advance money from me as it went free for him (that's what he thinks). In case you still want to engage him, I strongly recommend to pay the entire amount only after completion of work

Beware! We opted Muthukumar for blinds but as he suggested that they do mosquito net as well, we had given the scope of work to him and paid 50% advance. Rest is mystery. He never answers the call. After so many days he had sent some staff and tried to install net and broke our walls and installed one net that too torn. I was promised to be rectified but a month past he did not answer/respond/call back/ and mosquito net not installed and I receive the net in courier. They are cheats and frauds. Till date he has not responded to my calls. Not refunding our money. He had called me late night to get the order and payment. After getting the payment he just escaped. His team Anand from Erode also does the same thing. Do not go for this place and opt for this people. So Bad. All the frames he had laid are Quality less work where I get insect through the gaps. No proper alignment. Measurements were wrong. Overall waste of time
