Washing machine in my home was having problem,so I approached this Videocon Customer Care,Shenoy Nagar, Chennai.water in take was not working properly in the washing machine.they came out and did the work very quickly.charge was 600 which was very modest rate. now it is working very nicely.I am very glad with their service

Unable to open the door in my Videocon Refrigerator so I gave it to these people to repair it. The problem was solved without changing any parts. I paid them Rs.300 as service charge. Good service provided by them.<br/>

Dryer in our Videocon washing machine was not working properly. I approached this service center for the rectification of machine's problem. Service charges collected by them was Rs.300 and done the service without any issues. Now it is working well and I am thankful with their service.
