Worst service ever. So much downtime and customer care is as clueless as anyone can be. Do not subscribe to them m stuck with 1 year subscription or i would have changed it long time back. Do not even think about subscribing to them. I infact stay in the same building as its owner and the service is horrible.

They are absolutely garbage. Their ping is ridiculously high. The internet speed that they claim to provide is rarely ever there. I pay for 50 Mbps and usually only get 5-6 mpbs sometimes even laser. They have terrible customer service, they do not get back or follow up on time. Manager is rude. They are quick to collect money but aren't quick to provide quality service. We had our internet down for 7-8 days and no one came to fix it when they said they would. They cannot be trusted. There are better internet providers, do yourself a favour and do not choose smartlink. One of the worst providers I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
