SMK world is an organization for providing standard service on the field of "Repair, Maintenance & selling of computers & ancillary components / spares. In recent past my set was upgraded from windows 7 to 10 Pro. During upgradation technicians faced some troubles & took more or less 6 days to resolve the issue. However , behavior or way of talking with customer is good. Being an Engineer, I suggest one thing regarding "Time Accountability of customer " which should be looked by your team.
