Vendor is not bothered about customer once instalation get done they are casual on their approach. If we cal they will not respond in proper way think twice before give order. 1st March they installed solar water heater after one month we faced issue we thought it may be because of raining but after that evan there is no rain issue remain same regarding this we tried to cal number mentioned in invoice they took 3-4 rings to recieve evan after recieving they are not bothered to reply. After long time their reply is like yestetday there was rain before that we dont know we will come once there is sunshine date we cant guaranty. Such kind of casual approach is not good for buisenes change it

Plz dont go with shre ashirvad solar heater. Customer service is really pathetic. Not ready to replace the faulty tank within the warranty period. Following up with the regularly for past 2 months, literally they are giving false promises everytime

Dont buy any product from kamal power solutions.They donot give any warranty letter and other related documents...i purchased last 8 months back eco tech solar heater ..They didnot provide any document...
