This agent Vajayashri speaks good English and people, especially those living abroad and try to engage this agent for their parents or loved ones, should not be carried away with her ability to speak reasonably good English. My personal experience has been bad. She did not refund the commission I paid in full when she was not successful in placing a caregiver. She shortchanged me Rs.5,000 and does not respond or pick up the phone after she partly refunded the commission I paid. Not only that her service did not meet my expectation she also cheated me at the end. On grounds of principle, I am going legal even if I have to spend a lot more than the Rs. 5,000 to teach her a lesson. This should deter or at least make even other agents aware they cant take us for a ride. She does not know what is going to hit her. It may take a bit of time since I am abroad but she will surely pay for this.
