St. Thomas Working Womens Hostel Choolaimedu Chennai

I have come to chennai for my Post graduation in loyola college. I found St Thomas Ladies Hostel which is walkable distance to college, Bus stop, ATM etc. Iam happy and feel safe as Iam at home with my family.

Worst hostel maintanance and food, actually i'm staying here from 2015. But from 2017 end to now the maintanance and food was very very bad. Also they started treating us very bad in hostel fees matter, and they asking us to keep all the things in our cot and also sleep in our cot, no empty space should be used like vaccant cots in our room. If we keep any things like plate or something in a vaccant cot as we fnt have enough space in our vot to sleep, they using bad wordds go scold us. Also water problem here. They use to put water morning 4 hours and evng 3 hours only. No water in nyt tym. Today also we faced a maintanance prblm, toilet was stuck by something for more days and they dnt do anythng for that, today i waked up at afternoon as am in nyt shift, i saw the toilet water fully entered in to our rooms and all our things like dresses, certificates got wet in that water, no proper responce fr this. I joined in this hostel by paying Rs.4500 as monthly room rental. They responded well to me and I feel secured and comfortable to stay here.

On paying Rs4500 I opted a room to stay in this hostel. Totally we 6ppl share the room but it was comfortable. Rent which I paying was including food, EB. Overall it was neat and good to stay here.
