i had a very bad experience at the Bangalore agency. Sajitha, manager, sent me a maid Bhagya on 15.4.16.The arrangement was for 2 months, full time. She was supposed to go on leave for 2 days per month. Within 10 days she said that her nephew died and went away for 4 days with no call or news. When I reported to the agency they had no clue how to trace her!<br/>After she came back, Bhagya once threw a strange tantrum one day, rolling on the floor saying she was in pain. I gave her meds and she was ok. When I reported to Sajitha she said that because she had been given her salary ( 0n 15/5/16) she was probably looking for an excuse to go home. So I should ignore. Then my 85 year old mother ( who Bhagya was employed to look after) had a viral infection and was given antiboitics Bhagya herself consumed and when questioned she threw an embarrassing tantrum, stormed out of the house screaming( 22/6/16). Security had to be called. No action from SPSI, no apology, compensation.Very poor service
