Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Good and very trusted service they are providing to because they are all crackers and more Sawariya educated and have good knowledge of handling all kind of these transferring travelling very good

So sometime back I took a stupid decision to offer this company the job of moving my household stuffs from Amravati to Bangalore. Things have only gone bad to worse since every passing day since then. Please take a thorough note of the following issues: 1. Cost: First of all, the initial quotation of about 28,000 went up to 34,000. Remember that this did NOT include packing. This is about 35 to 40% higher than what I paid last year 2. Quality: I have moved my things for more than 10 times in the past 12 years and yours is the worst service I have ever availed. There was no due regard displayed for the need to ensure safety of the goods. Also, apart from so called delicate things, even the hard metal refrigerator is damaged. 3. Counting Process and Missing Items: I had shipped 77 items from Amravati but received only 74 items in Bangalore. Please do not use their services, its better to throw your goods in a sewer than to give them work.

Satisfied service from Star Packers & Movers for I asked to send my bike (Honda trigger) from Nagpur to Pune. I handed over my vehicle on Last Saturday (15th of December) their Nagpur office. Their communication is quite goods and their charge is reasonable. They suppose to deliver my vehicle on Monday (17th of December). But, they failed to deliver and took an additional one day and delivered by 18th of December. Because, the distance is 25 km and also, they carried multiple of vehicles with my vehicle on a shared basis. So, at final, my bike is third to be delivered so, got one day delayed. So, I agreed on it. I am not aware of the packing things. But, While I am handovered my vehicle. They explained how they packing at all. So, I am happy with that and without any damage and scratch, they delivered my vehicle. Their service is simply superb.

Average service I got from Star Packers & Movers, Dattawadi Nagpur. I contacted them to shift my household item from Nagpur to Hyderabad. They are not professional packers and mover, They did not bring it any packing materials. I paid for the shifting charge were 1900. Overall it was an average service to me.
