the pg itself is situated at a very comfortable location,and that is the only good thing about this pg. the owner is cheapskate thug who will do anything to squeeze out more money from the tenants. what he tells u is that u will find a good pg with safe environment north and south indian food,washing machine facilities,a kitchen which u can use sometimes too,room with attached bathroom tv,etc...with a low deposit,sounds tempting right? what he DOES'NT tell u is:<br/>he is charging extra 500 rs per person for the washing machines he has installed,per month<br/>the store for food area is unhygenic and infested by rats and centipedes,the vegetables arent washed properly and often insects have been found with cooked food.<br/>u cannot even use a boiler in ur room coz he doesnt want to pay extra for electricity,even though u already pay electricity bill in ur rent<br/>if any person raises their voices, the owner bullies them by threatening to throw them out at night without notice or the security deposit.
