They are not holiday planners but a mediator of redapple B2B company. After getting advance they asked more payment on account of flight & taxi. Day 1: From the airport pickup, the taxi forced us to stop at some local tour package agency; wasted our one hour that disturbed our day one planning. Breakfast was not planned anywhere; neither on the way nor at the hotel. Day 2: In the middle of trip they demanded Rs. 6,000; it was very difficult to take time to transfer it online immediately when we were trying to enjoy the vacation; were not getting enough sleep even. Day 4: They schedule the flights early in the morning when the hotel check in time was 2pm. Had to wait for four hours to get the room after reaching the hotel. Last Day: The worst is that they failed to pickup from our hotel to airport. after continuous followup they asked us to take some taxi for airport by ourselves & they would refund the taxi amount; that they have not refunded yet. Luckily we marginally able to catch
