"I approach this I Green Building Designs & Construction for my requirement, I got 2D design architecture service from this service provider. The way of communication is good and he understands my need very well. He charged me Rs 1500 for the design plan which is worth for the work. I am fully happy about the service provided by him."

"If anyone residing abroad and want to built a home in chennai without supervision, then your choice should be Blessing Builders. I'm a resident of Gulf and planned to construct the home in chennai. I approached Mr.Alex regarding my proposal and without any hesitation he went to site and started to propose with plan, time line and quality. Due to some unforeseen situation, i cannot proceed with my proposed commitment on payment. But Mr.Alex is very flexible and wait for my commitment and completed my project in highest standard. There is no one from myside to monitor the site progress, but nothing to worry as Mr.Alex & Engr. Dinesh will manage everything on behalf of us. "Once we decided to construct our home, we started to explore and approached several builders. Among those, Mr. Alex proprietor of Blessing Builders approach is very unique. Prior to giving quotation, he visited our site and then only gave quotation along with preliminary building plan and construction material to be used. He is the only one who arranged to meet his customers. This gave us full confidence and we made contract with Blessing Builders to build our dream home. During construction, he proved our confidence on Mr. Alex is fully correct. He is having competent team who takes care of all our requirement during construction. Committed construction material was used which is of high quality by default. Systematic approach was followed from day 1 to till completion. Unfortunately, finishing work got delayed due to Covid, but he managed to complete the work to our satisfaction. We are greatly thankful to Mr. Alex and all his team members to convert our dream into reality. Senthil"
