The warden or the care taker or the owner Mrs. Navya Agarwal is an unprofessional person. She is only interested in money. The food provided are not up to the mark, sometime the quantity is not enough. Basic amenities like Ac, washing machine does not work properly and when the boarders complain about it she does not even acknowledge it. Very, very bad service. Suggest all to avoid this accomodation

I am a seaman. I went to mumbai for doing my pscrb course and applying COP. I visited the hostel and asked about the entry procedure then the guards denied me saying thay there is no space available if you want to get entry then you have to attend yoga classes for 20-30 days and stay in a lodge/hotel untill you get entry. They were lying as i know there were so many beds empty as my friend was staying in there. What a useless answer i got from them. Then i got a lodge paying 200 bucks a day. Next day i met with the hostel warden regarding same issue. He also gave me the same answer he was not even ready to listen to me. He called security guard and told him not to send these minor issues to me. He told the guard to refuse every one and ask them to do yoga for 20-30 days then they will get entry. What a rubbish.... Whats the use of paying 2400 rupees to NUSI every year if they can't even accomodate for a week. Useless NUSI useless hostel
