Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service

DO NOT RECCOMEND Pune to Brussels Absolutely bizzare experience with this agency. They charged us double the initial quote / price once they acquired our luggage (like blackmailers). When we asked reasons ..they had no clear answers, so we asked them to bring back out luggage, they said they have shipped it. We asked for tracking/shipment ID, they said they won't share untill we make payment. We made payment, and asked for Tracking ID, they did not share it. After days and thousands call later, they shared one tracking ID, saying all 3 boxes are part of same unit. But we recieved our boxes .. sperately and seperate date with different IDs. They are so unprofessional and don't know how to do their job.. they don't update or provide proper reason.. hidden charges .. plus don't pick calls. Very bad .. fraud agency!!! Liars ... For your mental peace AVOID these folks at any cost.
