Please do not buy broadband connection from here. Services provided by them are worst. Internet speed is not upto mark. No help when facing internet issues. Very Bad services. Avoid taking broadband from here otherwise you will be in great trouble.

The world's most pathetic service provider! I get my internet and cable service from them as unfortunately they are the only service provider in Jankalyan Nagar. Firstly, cable - They took exactly 24 days to resolve my HD set top box issue, to get it checked and replaced, for which I had to contact the Hathway Cable HO for them to take any action Secondly, Internet - I have a 10 Mbps connection which most often works at about 5 Mbps. When I reset my router and need configuration and called at 2:30 pm, they asked me to call after 4 pm as the technician will only be available after that time, or if I need the technician to come and configure the router, I need to send a mail to them, after which they will get a response from their company and only then will they be able to come to configure the router. There is no one available after 8 pm, so if your cable or internet is down at 8:01, well too bad, you will need to wait till next day to get it sorted. Not forgetting their tonality when you speak to them, rude and obnoxious, like the service people own the business. No words to explain this service!

Worst internet service provider, never take connection from RVR fibernet. I stay in Kumarswamy layout, Bangalore below are my experience, 1. Speed is very slow. 2. Response to complaint is very late and they behave as if they are doing some favor to us. 3. In rainy season there will be no connection. 4. If you change the house, you have to pay Rs 2000 for re-connection.
