This is the worst parlour i have even been to. They provide worst services and don't accept their mistakes and keep arguing. The staff is not at all courteous doesn't accept mistakes and gang up against you. I did my hair straightening from this parlour and in a month my curls came. And when i went to complain a senior lady of the parlour kept arguing and kept denying her fault and the fact that she has used fake or cheap products on my hair. I'm completely disappointed with the way they behaved when i went back to complain them. There is no owner sitting whom you can complain and discuss issues with. Only the disgusting staff is there to argue like animals. They are only after the money and they dont provide services. ITS A REQUEST TO ALL AVOID THIS SALON PLEASE THEY JUST WANT MONEY AND DENY SERVICES. Please if someone reading this knows the owner. Provide his/her number please. I request you'll dont.

Went this The Shimmers Parlour for hair styling and make up…I had a very bad experience with them because,they were vere unprofessional,they don’t having the product which I was asked for,I have paid them full amount of 1500 only for my normal makeup excluding hairstyle..it was a poor service and i had a very big fight with them...
