Hi Praveen Arora ji, This is regarding bad behaviour pr your employe name Indu bhist phone number belw I am asking best quotation and if I get sone better deal from another company and I did my insurance from them so she use bad words and saying ‘’Lamba claim aayega aapka’’ is this the way you guys treating coustomer. It’s very irritating behaviour which sone by your agent and really un professional behaviour. It’s not my fault if you guys are not giving best deal and as I am costumer so it’s my duty to chek all best possible way to safe my money. And it’s your responsibility to give me best compatibility rate from market and insist us to buy best deal from you. Or if you are not give better deal so you have this much capability to insist costumer on you deal. Not like if I will not buy from you so you are saying this type of unprofessional language. Is this the way or service you are giving to customer. I am going to give you bad ratings as per my experience.

Very bad service provided by them at time of insurance claim they circulate the problem rather than approval of claim . To stop claim they provide illogical statement and harass the customer
