Pending cases in lower courts.....TOI saturday, 3rd june 2017 I am a litigant. Facts n figures mentioned in the article are not fully justified. Cases n backlogs are reduced is shown, by dismissing matters left n right is not justified. I had approached PM with certain ideas and registrar high court was directed to look further, but due to shortage of time since last 2 years nothing is materialsed. As water and electricity is essential, so is providing timely justice. Incapability of providing timely justice is condemned. Matters of 1960 are pending as on date, three generations are finished, but matters continue. Courts modus operandi of providing dates, advocates managing dates as per conveneinces, non cooperation by concerned litigations all habits needs to be changed and can be changed smoothly, but authorities must have time to implement the modus operandi and show the world that timely justice can be provided by us, which is the call of the day, another feather to NAMO's cap.
