Sri Mahalakshmi Yatra Services did a wonderful service during the present Kumbhamela services. They took personal care in ensuring everyone participated in the Yatra got fully satisfied. Nice boarding and timely food especially for the senior citizens.

Hi, This is my honest review on the traveler , Good Thing is They were throughout our travel but lady was very rude and treated harsh to the core, really felt so unhappy about their behavior's, So unprofessional way of talking with the client and which should not be happened for any customers going forward. We had put forth a request before the journey starts , regarding the driver from Pune to Shirdi travel, in spite of that they have provided driver who didn't sleep the day before and he was about to challenge our life twice during driving(sleepy during driving) and That driver accepted too. When we requested to change for the driver , it was not accepted immediately, instead heated arguments started and we were asked to wait for the change of driver (which lost quite amount of time) .But luckily we got Very Good Driver on the second day and othe things were fine, Except for the ladies rude talk and she often smartly use the word "MADAAAAM " in a wrong tone. Left it to SAI finally.

Two months ago we travelled Chennai to Tirupati through Rajasekar tours & travels. We settled the payment at the end of journey but hey said the amount was not properly credited. As a result we have to make on additional cash payment upon verifying the account they assured us that the amount had been credited and promised to transfer the amount to us the following day. However two months have passed and the amount still have not been credited. Despite our attempts to contact the driver and Rajasekar, they have not responded. This pattern of behaviour indicates a lack of integrity of their services. As they appeared to be deceiving customers by with holding payments. This is not an isolated incident and has effected many other customers as well. Therefore i urge caution in engaging with this services &recommend seeking alternatives that prioritize honesty & transparency. It is advisable to avoid choosing this particular travel agency. Here I stated with all proofs & booking confirmation

Worst service. First till the money is transferred they talk like honey then after paying they do only what and when they like. Got 13500 from me but had to stand nearly 3 hours. The adhaar card details were not mentioned properly. Did not provide an advice of what has to be done and what not. Highly not recommended.

Cancellation policy not mentioned at all at the time of booking. We lost lot of money as we had to cancel our booked trip one week before due to medical emergency. Highly unprofessional and bad business ethics.

I heard about this tour operator from one of my friend with his wife at Puzhuthivakkam that he has booked for kailash yatra and paid entire amount of Rs. 94,000/- from January to March 2023 through Bank transfer. But all of a sudden he had to go for by pass surgery one month before the tour planned which he has informed them for his inability to go for the trip and requested to return the amount. They said tour cancellation amount of Rs. 15000/- + Flight cancellation amount of Rs. 12000/- will be forfeited. (Total Rs. 27000/-) which has been agreed by him. The balance amount of Rs. 67000/- they still not yet refunded to that old super senior person. Hence please be alert before booking through them. As he doesn't know how to rate them, he asked me to help him. Hence sending this review on his behalf.

Not satisfied with the level of customer service that this offered by this group. Went on a recent trip to Shirdi (one day). It started off well, however, soon we came to realise that for 18000 per person, all they offer is the flight tickets, one time Darshan, accomodation and one time food. Nothing more. No Aarthi ticket as per itinerary. No laddu prasad (Rs 10 per person). The guide was not knowledgeable, he was just an organiser. No special consideration paid to old people/young kids. Some people in our group failed to get an extra Darshan in the morning, which we were asked to pay for out of our pocket, despite already paying them Rs 18,000. I understand that every business need to be profitable, but it seems to me that there is around 50% profit per person with this group. I will never recommend this service to anyone.
