Top 4 Call Drivers Services Vadapalani Chennai

It's been 11 yr.im using this service. Now the quality of the service became very low.please if ladies n kids are traveling don't ever select these top 4 service. Horrible language they use and your complaint in the office will be taken for granted. #'keep quite n sit 'these kind of words in anger they will say to the lady Owner of the car.very horrible experience. There must be some criteria in selection of drivers.

Very bad customer service. Pathetic experience. Driver handover my car key at 10:25 PM but he did not close the trip. I paid extra 100 RS since he closed my trip after 5 min. When I reach out to customer service for enquiry they respond very bad. End up with worst day. Never had this kind of experience in any of customer service so far.

We hired a driver from this agency to go for outstation. Driver we hired was very genuine and honest to his work. Totally we paid 2200. It was very prompt and neat services.. I am pleased with their service.

Absolutely pathetic! I'm in Chennai. The last 4 times we booked a top 4 call driver, they cancelled it the last minute each time. They are uneducated sitting in the office and taking our calls. They even cut my calls after a few follow-ups in 2 of the bookings not having to answer me on "where is the driver?", this is only for being polite and pleading with them. After the 1st time, everytime when I booked i highlighted the issue that happened last time and to tell me right away if they cannot arrange a driver, they gave only false assurances and was ready with an answer every time saying it will not happen next time! Today my wife had booked for a top 4 driver highlighting the past incidents and seriousness (she needed to attend a death funeral) and to tell upfront if they would/would not be able to arrange, they as usual gave all the assurances in the world and finally screwed it off, driver didnt turn up :( Same treatment to her, they started to cut her calls! As per my friends' reference I took a driver from this agency for six hours. I paid Rs 1,000 for that person. I am satisfied with this business as they provided good driver and responded me well.
