Had purchased a few ACs and stabilizers from the company last year. They sent a team of 4 people to install 7 ACs. Out of which only two knew the actual work and two were helpers. The team stretched and installed the ACs the same day. But they did a really shabby job with the installation. Damaged most of the walls. Left the wires tangled and in the open. Given the time and effort they put into the job, I made the payment the same day. After that the company stopped taking calls. Had to follow up with the owner for 4 months to get the wires covered. It reached a point where some of the wires had started coming out of the sockets and stabilizers leading to safety hazards. More recently I called company to de-install the ACs as I was shifting. The owner confirmed that if any gas leakage happens at the time of uninstallation it will be taken care of by the company. Even though the ACs were cooling perfectly fine, their team suggested that the gas is leaking on one of The ACS.

Good and Quick response from Climate Control Engineers Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi. I have contacted them for buying New Cassette AC for our office. They have quoted me 1.5 ton as Rs. 57000 and Rs. 60000 for 2 ton. But specifically, I am looking for Blue star brand where they don’t have. Want to check with other Experts for the quotation and brand. Overall, their response was good.
