My washing machine Senorita model was under AMC n after regular follow ups the technician came with PCB to replace n rectify the issue but had brought a refurbished PCB circuit board which was not working . On asking why is he not replacing with new PCB he said the company gives refurbished only . Contacted Area Service Manager Mr Praveen Sehgal on mobile no 9643002907 and briefed him about the issue on 25th May 2022 n he said will revert back n today that is 26th May 2022 n am still waiting for Area Service Manager call. Today another tecnician came with a new PCB which has Feb 2020 sticker on it n to me it again looks refurbished as some wires I could see were black though original colour of wire is white. I called the Area Service Manager to check n his mobile is busy since last 45 minutes n neither has he bothered to call back . This is the attitude of Company personal then how can we expect the Service Centre to give us good service. I have decided not to use IFB in future .

The IFB Industries Ltd, has not provided the demo technician to introduce the functions of washing machines. My senator squa sx is getting the problems since August, 2018 to till date. The customer care, company service center, franchises service center have not qualified technician to solve the fault. No. contact number of Head Office, Registered Office etc. The IFB is fully depends on the franchises service center and customers humbly requested to them for attend the service call. My personally advised to the all purchasers kindly do not purchase any IFB product to avoid the problems.
