I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the travel experience I recently had with [Kamdhenu Dharma Paryatan]. As someone who values the importance of a smooth and enjoyable journey, my recent encounter with this company has left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression. My group, consisting of all girls and children, embarked on a trip with high hopes of creating lasting memories. Unfortunately, these expectations were shattered due to the abysmal service we received, particularly from our assigned driver. First and foremost, the driver's behavior was utterly unacceptable. Not only did he display a complete lack of professionalism, but he also exhibited a concerning level of negligence towards the safety and well-being of our group. His reckless driving and blatant disregard for traffic rules put everyone on board at risk, leaving us all feeling anxious and unsafe throughout the entire journey. I have cancelled my journey 2 week before and when I asked them about the refund they told me they will not adjust in next journey. When I ask for refund they always share new date but never gave refund. When you called repeatedly they stop picking you. They didn't care about you. They are money minded they just want money they didn't care about service. I advise choose renown service for booking otherwise like me you will stuck your money with them.
