BEWARE before using their services!!!!
We used their storage/warehouse service at Pune to save few bucks in rent but that tuned out a nightmare.
When we received our goods back one box is missing and one had all the items damaged by Rat.
The missing box had all the imported and expensive glass items, initially they gave excuses like your box by mistakenly got delivered to someone who is out of town/family emergency/out of country on vacation etc etc.
Later they assured to reimburse for the lost and damaged items and now they have just stopped responding to calls/emails.
Please avoid their unprofessional service if you don't want to loss your important and expensive stuff and don't get into loop for chasing people for damages.
