Pathetic!! no knowledge about trip management. no less than goons,they looted 7 thousand for there mistake of booking wrong flight and on top of that they demanded service charge for asking refund. since they had money they literally deducted whatever they wanted and refunded remaining money after one month.. I SUGGEST NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS TRAVEL PLANNER
