This lady kusum Gaikwad she's a scammer and she have multiple cases going on her in lashkar police station and farazkhana police station.. She have scammed 60+ people till now so don't trust her or else you will loose your money.. Also if you want to know the whole story reply on my comment and will contact you and tell you about it.

Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Kusum & the owner are a fraud! Dnt avail their services. They charged me for visa, dint do the visa and now not returning the amount! Shameless people. Fraud company

Kusum is a fraud. She has taken 2lack from me, she didn’t even know I had sent it to her and apparently she claims to have taken my appointment. She now won’t return my money and also won’t pick up my calls or respond to my WhatsApp. She knows she is wrong and doesn’t intend to return my money hence doesn’t even open my WhatsApp. Would recommend no one to her anymore, also will suggest all of you to not do business with her.

Worst experience ever. Beware of fake promises and commitments they do; especially lady named Kusum of Travel House, Mudhawa, Pune. They do show off that they can catch stars from galaxy for you; also show you that they do have high point contacts and they can get all work done effortlessly but they are just zero. They will behind you before you pay. Once you pay the game is over for them. They will not even receive your call in need. Forget about the followup update call or else. They even not guide you further. These guys really do not know any recent passport guidelines. And they may land up you in serious trouble. They may ask you for additional money to get out of that trouble too. You will not believe it took 3+ months to receive my passport just of renewal case. They guide wrong and all went wrong. Seriously it was horrible and nightmare experience with these guys.

Kapilesh I Have Never Done Any Work For You. Are You A Competitor Vcoz I Always Complete My Promises. And Have Millions Of Customers Who Can Vouch For The Same. Also If Passport Work Does Not Get Done It Is Generally Customer Document Issue. Kusum Or Any Agent Cannot Dictate In Governments Of IndiA Office. It's Their Call To Give Passport Or Not And It's Every Indians Right Unless They Are Criminals And Have Something Pending Before Court.
