I hv purchased vehicle thro their sales show room Anna nagar. From the day one I am doing service thro them only. 8 years I hv done service thro them only. After that because of worst service I hv changed the service to FPL Hyundai. Their service is supergood. Now after the request from their tele caller I hvbooked In advance nd I hv given the vehicle for general servicing. They said it will take 2 days for general servicing. Now they are cheating that battery to be changed (I hv changed 3 months back with amco) Again they are telling that whilst to be changed. Whiper was working alright. Like that they are giving lot of problems. They are having unprofessional engineers Their work is cheating customers

I recently had the unfortunate experience of entrusting my car repair to the MyTVS Ambattur branch under insurance. However, the entire process turned out to be a nightmare. Despite a promised turnaround time, I had to wait for 24 days to retrieve my car. Throughout this ordeal, the team, especially Mr. Ismail, who was supposed to be my point of contact, failed miserably in providing updates. Multiple attempts to contact the team were in vain, and false information was relayed to my insurance company. Upon receiving my car, I was appalled to find the repair incomplete and the vehicle covered in dirt. The lack of professionalism displayed by Mr. Vasantn V, the assistant manager, was evident as he seemed clueless about the entire situation. Even after escalating the matter to Mr. Praveen, the manager, my calls went unanswered, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the service.

When contacted on phone yesterday afternoon for problems with battery-charging and self-starting of my Nissan Micra car , the response was immediate and a team came to my residence within an hour . After inspecting the car , it was recommended that it had to be taken to the garage for a detailed check-up . The car was taken to the garage , the alternator serviced and battery changed . The car was delivered back in perfect running condition by the evening . Very grateful for a thoroughly proffessional job done in good time with very reasonable charges . Kudos to GDS Carz and wishing them a bright future , their servicesare highly recommended . Major Sharath Srinivas ( Veteran )

Please check twice before considering Narpavi automotives. Only give ur cars if u know at least basic mechanical knowledge. also please be aware while replacing the new parts!!!!!!!
