Crashed my car badly and was 100% driver mistake - driver banged into a standing taxi on a signal. I think the driver was drunk. The person on the phone was barely apologetic. Horrible nightmarish service take on your own risk

Worst car service I came across.
My swift car was in a very good condition which was heavily damaged due to lack of his professionalism ( 14th march 2022). Moreover after paying every penny in advance for home delivery of my car Mr. Amardeep asked me to arrange driver on my own for transporting the car from transport area to my home in a new town as he said that he didn't have any contact there. WOW!!!
I paid 2500 rupees extra for petrol also which of course he kept for himself as the petrol tank was completely empty ( half filled at the time of handover). He promised me to return back the driver fees and the basic petrol cost which he has not returned for past 6 months even after repeated reminders. Moreover for the repair of damages I had to pay almost 15000 rupees. Till date I keep on requesting to pay at least for the driver cost which I arranged at 5 am in the morning. Guys he is not even sorry for what he did. Please beware. Thank you
