M S Enterprise was called mainly for cleaning of AC and relevant repair if any problem appeared during cleaning. They cleaned indoor and outdoor units using jet pump but they didn't remove the fan guard of outdoor unit while cleaning after being asked to do so and charged Rs.700/-. While cleaning indoor unit, a crackling sound was coming from AC about which they suspected that the noise might be coming from worn out bush of motor but they didn't rectify it probably due to want of material. After that when I insisted them to check refrigerant level, they checked and found that existing pressure was 60 unit (as they told) and topped up refrigerant to keep optimum pressure as 70 unit which meant that they spent 17% refrigerant, so they should have charged 450/- as per their intimation about cost of full charge as 2600/-but they charged me 800/-. Moreover, their process of charging refrigerant was also very shabby. Pls. take care before sending an expert who can satisfy requirements reasonably, thanks.
