Worst service, we took AC on rent 15-20 days ago. No colling. Trying to contact him last 15days. He is not picking our phones too. Now going for legal. How sulekha list such as people who don't know how to do business. He is so arrogant. 0star

I have taken the service from Ideal Cool Control Service Gurgaon Industrial Estate, Gurgaon. I am looking for a window Ac rental service for 6 months. So I have contacted this vendor for service and got a prompt response from them. They have sent a technician to install the window 1-ton blue star brand Ac in my house. They have installed good condition Ac and the cooling condition is also good. They have quoted RS 6000 for rental including installation and transportation and RS 1500 security money. I got a good deal and service.

I got satisfactory service from Ideal Cool Control Service Gurgaon Industrial Estate, Gurgaon. I am looking for 2 windows Ac rental service for 6 months. I have called to this vendor for rentals. They have 2 sent a technician to install the LG brand 1.5 ton Ac in my house. They have installed Ac but Ac condition and the cooling condition is Average. They have quoted total RS 14000 for rental basis. overall, average service is given by the vendor.

I would not recommend to anyone. Guys have no time management and no proper tools n things carried for installation and really pathetic ac condition.

I am not satisfied from idea cool service because Ac was not good condition and I want stabilizer,Ac remote but he can't fulfill own commitment While I've been calling them several times.So I can't suggest that you bring Ac on rent.

I am happy with the service given by Ideal Cool Control Service Patel Nagar, Gurgaon. I want to 1 window Ac on rental basis for 6 months. I got calls from sp regarding the service. They have sent the technician to install the 1.5-ton napoleon brand Ac in my house. Ac condition is not so good but satisfied with the cooling condition. They have charged Rs6500 amount for rental including installation. I am satisfied with the vendor service.
