Acquired Panasonic CS VS18TKY 1.4 Ton Split AC from Vijay Sales Dwarka, Delhi. They charged me the nominal price as per competitive market rate. Their response and service was good. I am happy and satisfied with their services and products.

I bought this Hitachi Split AC from Vijay Sales Dwarka ( Order No: 306-DDW07-16SOA 17) and I was promised Delivery and installation on the same day. for two days, there were no calls from them and when i followed up, this rude un-trained call center staff on 011-066660555 bluntly asks me to wait for another two days for installation. I have to move in to my new home and AC fitting had to be done first before final cleaning up of home for move in. The sales representatives are well trained & mannered but the call center staff act as completely illiterate, ill-mannered and un-civilized staff. Instead of understanding the concern of the Customer, the staff answers like Indian Railways' ticket counter staff. Its SHAME SHAME SHAME for ijay Sales to have such untrained staff.
