Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Vishwashri Packers is a big fraud agency which likes to swindle money from its customers. When the day came for packaging and picking up items, they intentionally came 3 hours late even though I had told them that we had to catch a train the same afternoon. Then they started leaving some of the items like flower vase, photo frames, etc. saying that these are delicate items and cannot be carried which was a 180 degree turn from what they told me when they visited for survey. Apart from that, when we confronted them for the horrible packaging (dumping everything together with very limited use of bubble wrap that too after we insisted a lot), they started misbehaving with us saying that they will not deliver the goods knowing very well that we had a train to catch the same day. Actually, they had used GATI service to send the items rather than using their own truck which they had told me during survey. We suffered a loss of Rs. 8000 since many items were broken, fridge caught fungus, etc.
