There are no fans or ACs in the showroom. I was sweating. They matched the Amazon price. They took more than an hour to make a bill for 2 items. Looking back, I should've just ordered these items sitting in the comfort of my bedroom rather than go all the way and experience all these hardships. Not worth it guys. Order stuff online it saves a lot of time and effort particularly during these covid times.

Worst response n lack of proper communication from the Viveks showroom, Nanganallur. We purchased Air-condition, the rate which they told in showroom was different with the added up rates where they came to install. I request all to properly get the rates in written form with the company seal in it while on discussion itself. After the products arrives, they suddenly ask us to pay for this n that. Pls be very careful. Worst response from Viveks n from the manager too.

I purchased Eureka Forbes Trendy Wet and Dry DX from Nanganallur Vivek on 11-1-2016 vide bill no.11A11506227. The extension tube developed crack, dust bag damaged, carpet bursh damaged. Vivek washed off their hands because it is under warranty and contact Eureka Forbes. complaint No.88443995 was lodged with Eureka Forbes on 23-7-2016. Only on 16-8-2016 Nanganallur area agent sent his men and observed that there is no warranty cover and all are to be replaced only with cost. The manufacturer and distributer thus cheated customer. People those who want to enter either in Vivek or Eureka Forbes think twise. Don't get cheated by the so called manufacturers and suppliers.

From Viveks I bought O General Ac with 1.5ton capacity. Their charges was reasonable when comparing with other dealers. I feel happy to step in here.

It was a Bosch washing machine I procured from this dealer. Service rendered by these guys was good and they offered me a pleasing services.
