The maid or helper comes for one day you pay them and then within 3-4 days run away without informing. The owner too doesn't respond. Totally unprofessional

MR HIRA (Owner,Manager) has promised that if client have any issues or the maid left the job he will provide replacement. its been more than 6 days he has not provided replacement and whenever we call him he is not interested to answer our concern and cut the call in middle of the conversation; now he is not taking our calls and all this after paying him. He has not provided the service as claimed. This guys are very unprofessional; you can check the reviews here, 1star reviews are genuine reviews I too got the same kind of experience with this company. They have just made the basic website and office to impress clients but in reality they are INEXPERIENCE in providing service... DONT GO FOR viyaa home service its not recommended do little research before choosing any agency as we dint do that so we are suffering after paying this bogus agency viyaa home service.
