I selected 1 Star because no other least option was available. It's a fraud services. The agency will take 15000 rs for contract within 3 days . Baby sitter will join and work for 3 to 4 days then she will get a call stating an medical emergency or death of close relative and that she will be back in 2 days post that the baby sitter won't come not attend the call. The agency will also not respond to our calls. They will earn 15k in 6 to 7 days without providing any service. Do not make any payment or use this service as it is completely fake. Just to impress us the baby sitters here are well dressed and little educated even.

Do not believe this company After taking money they don't provide re placement or re pay nor answer our calls

Waste of time and money investing here. They don?t respond to our calls after taking money. They don?t provide maid and don?t return money.

Please beware, V L Services is really fraud services. We hired nanny from this agency and the lady Vijaya Lakshmi was only pleasing till she got her contract amount. As per the agreement if we were supposed to change nanny in 6 months, we were supposed to get replacement in a week. I had provided the contract amount of 15k in installments of 2 months apart from nanny's salary. After 2 months, the nanny whom we hired told that she had some problems at home town and had to go there to settle things. When we spoke to Vijayalakshmi she told she will arrange the replacement in a week and let her go. Its been 2 months now and we didnot get replacement. Vijayalakshmi stopped picking up our phone calls the moment nanny left us. Its been 2 months now and I used call her around 30-40 times a day but no response and we finally gave up. Please don't fall as prey for this agency as they are real cheaters.

I have used this service in Aug-Sep 2019 and feedback is strictly "NO". Service is WORST and PATHETIC: 1. Owner is a FRAUD lady and she charges 12000 rupees as an advance for 6 months service in addition to maid salary. She deploys one maid and forces you to pay the advance money 12000 rupees in a week time. Once 1st month salary is paid to maid, maid create problems for you.The maid would not work as expected and shows all kinds of EGO.The personality of the maid changes suddenly. When you inform the agency to replace the maid, they will ask to send the maid back and gives commitment that they would replace in 1-3 days of time. Now the same maid would be redeployed to another customer to get Rs. 12000 as advance.This is their routine business. 2. In a very humble way agency owner will talk and drag this topic to 1-2 weeks time. You will end up calling the agency on daily basis for new maid and doing work yourself.
