The staff at this place are extremely rude and they have no customer service mindset. I had to come multiple times to collect my clothes which I had given for dry cleaning. They need to be trained on how to deal with customers. Absolutely not coming back to this place again once I get my clothes back this time.

very bad service . pickup boy murli was told several tiem to check clothes before taking but he never used to check still we check and give and this time we gave all the clothes and he went to the store and somewhow put black stains in my clothes and send me pics from the laundry store. clearly this has been done by his negligence and latter blames us for the stains. not a good laundry to give clothes as they can destory it and latter blames us

They spoilt my dress and put the blame on me telling me that it's fabric fault. Please don't trust and give to this idiots

I was cheated by "Spin Cycle" Horamavu Branch 1) They overcharged to begin with. The price for dry cleaning trouser mentioned on the menu in the shop was INR 70, but I was charged INR 85. 2) I have Empyrean Purple Membership, and I wasn't given the applicable discount. 3) When I called the store, the man at the store said that the excess amount would be refunded online, but I would need to make the payment for the original bill amount first, and only then the excess amount would be refunded. So, I paid the entire amount and till date (4 days have passed) the excess amount hasn't been refunded.

where do I begin I don’t even understand. They are the most unprofessional, shady and dishonest company I have come across in my life.
LIKE SERIOUSLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH….Unprofessional Goons is the word best used to describe them.
Since last Nov and I can prove it as it’s on chat they have a pair of Columbia boots that belong to me.
They charged me 8 K to repair a shoe that I bought for 10 K.
That particular style is not available so I agreed to pay this exorbitant amount to them. We are not in September 2023 and I am still to get my shoes back. All I get are pictures from them once in a few months and when I flip out on the caller as it’s been so freaking long, then they vanish again.
Then in Jan/Feb this year I gave them 3 more pairs (biggest mistake of my life) Now it’s been 8-9 months and I still haven’t received even one of my shoes.

The laundry guy have stolen my clothes probably . Haven’t been returning calls and also have switched off his number .
It’s been more than a week. Even if he receives he says ma’am I will come with the clothes today but still he doesn’t show up and then switches off his phone.
This laundry service guy is basically a thief .
