where do I begin I don’t even understand. They are the most unprofessional, shady and dishonest company I have come across in my life. LIKE SERIOUSLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH….Unprofessional Goons is the word best used to describe them. Since last Nov and I can prove it as it’s on chat they have a pair of Columbia boots that belong to me. They charged me 8 K to repair a shoe that I bought for 10 K. That particular style is not available so I agreed to pay this exorbitant amount to them. We are not in September 2023 and I am still to get my shoes back. All I get are pictures from them once in a few months and when I flip out on the caller as it’s been so freaking long, then they vanish again. Then in Jan/Feb this year I gave them 3 more pairs (biggest mistake of my life) Now it’s been 8-9 months and I still haven’t received even one of my shoes. for the rest of the info see my google review ????

Misplaced or lost my quilt/duvet and the staff tells lies day after day. I have been following up since 4 days. Very unprofessional service to lie everyday. I have made payment in full but staff has taken my invoice and my receipt. No response from neither the store nor the website number. Both not taking my calls. I would like my white quilt replaced which was bought from Jagdish Store.

He is a big thief, Kept my clothes for 4 days and returned back pressed without dry cleaning on the day I have to wear. I request all double storey, Amar Colony, Dayanand Colony, Garhi people not to visit this place.??????

Very bad & pathetic service. I gave them 1 salwar kameez with dupatta for dry clean but instead of dry-cleaning they did laundry wash because of which the whole outfit is ruined now. Instead of accepting their mistake they are saying that we gave them this outfit as it is now they can't rectify it. Almost after a month they deliver the outfit as attached in pic. So, so much of arguments she accepted her(Khushi) mistake & we sent it back to rectify it. Staff name Khushi is so unprofessional. She doesn't know how to talk to the customer and how to provide customer service. She never picks up the call at once, instead of picking up the call she revert on whatsapp and that too she does after sending so many messages and calls. Also, on revert she's doing false commitments. We gave them the outfit on 12th of october and till date we haven't received the outfit. The do not justify with the whole service as they say. They just provide their best service at first & not the second time.

Hello community members! I just ran into an interesting situation with White Dry Cleaners (Malcha Marg). They returned an item with stains intact that, in fact, I was able to take off with water and soap. I provided them with photo evidence of items after their 'cleaning' and after my hand washing. For more than 10 days they are refusing to return the money. My assistant went there three times (!) and every time they used a lame excuse to NOT give it back. I called and still nothing. So this is a warning on poor business practices. Act on your own risk.
