"Satisfied from service done by 'Krishna Kumar, Chinchwad '. There was problem in the motor of my Videocon semi Automatic washing machine due to which its washing drum not working properly. Their response was good came on time. The technician who came for the service, change the motor and some minor parts in front of me. The charge took them was reasonable. Now my machine is working fine and I am happy with them."

Worst ever service. they will promise that they will provide the product if its not available they will cancel the order on their own. You need to wait for the payment for 60 days. They do say 30 days but that is all fake. Better solution is not to make the full payment. Just make the booking amount. And online has much more offers that these stores or you can go to any local store for better price. Dont go for this shop.

Purchased a Washing machine motor from this Vijay sales they charged me around 2000 for the motor and also they gave me a warranty for that. The customer service was very good as they gave a good branded motor and now its working good I am very satisfied with this showroom for my purchase because it has branded products with nominal price.
