They don't even deserve one star . They are smooth talkers and fool customers . Watch put with the over priced items which they give you heavy discounts showing you are a getting a good deal and once you buy from Kohinoor their job is over . If a customer has a problem they treat you as if you have a sickness . The store incharge is the most incompetent person you can find in any store . Watch out from him, his name is Jay Thacker. Never Trust his word . Secondly they cheat you with buy back offers . I had purchased a washing machine and the brand new machine gave me issues and these people just refused to help . Before buying they treat you like GOD and later like a beggar . Reliance which is next to the Andheri store is much better and reliable store . Give this store a miss .Bunch of cheaters.

Yesterday (01/03/2020) I when to purchase the washing machine. And I choose whirlpool white magic 6.5 kg. After that they said we'll deliver you the product till 9:00 clock and the did the same.. But they cheated on the product they deliver us the sample product which was kept in the showroom even though I asked him which product will you deliver us? He said we'll deliver you the new packed product (we choosed in maroon color) .. Then after receiving the sample product cause it was having few defects and product didn't have new finishing we raised the complaint n said them to exchange the product(grey color cause the maroon color was stock out) but again 2nd time they did the same they stick those cellostapes on machine to show that its new pack product. I'm feeling so bad that after spending fucking 17k they cheated on us.. Shame on palak electronics just remain loyal with your customers if you want your business to go well... Bloody cheaters you will be paid for it... ????????

I recently purchased a washing machine of Godrej company from this store. The technician from Godrej when he came for demo he mentioned that the product isnt working. It was a damaged display machine which had been sold to us. When contacted the store for refund they were relectuant to admit that they sold the display machine. The owner was rude and he mentioned to file a case when asked for refund. Beware while buying from this store. Also the product number which was mentioned in the invoice the product number on the product was not matching at all. Whenever you take deleivery please make sure they match. Idk what these Kohinoor people do. However the staff there Avinash was very polite and matured in dealing with customer. The sales executive who sold the product to us was not even aware of brands they sell.

The sales person showed me a different model according to my budget and explained its salient features. Out of it, I have chosen this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor.
