Worst ever service. they will promise that they will provide the product if its not available they will cancel the order on their own. You need to wait for the payment for 60 days. They do say 30 days but that is all fake. Better solution is not to make the full payment. Just make the booking amount. And online has much more offers that these stores or you can go to any local store for better price. Dont go for this shop.

Purchased a Washing machine motor from this Vijay sales they charged me around 2000 for the motor and also they gave me a warranty for that. The customer service was very good as they gave a good branded motor and now its working good I am very satisfied with this showroom for my purchase because it has branded products with nominal price.

Purchased Haier Front loading (fully automatic) Washing Machine from Vijay Sales. I have paid them 14000. They have given warranty period. The sales person showed me a different model according to my budget. The customer service was very nice. Glad to purchase from this vendor.
