To my surprise there was no answering machine, but instead a real person from the company answered and walked me through my issues and booked my appointment (all of this after 10pm). The worker was out the next morning in the time frame that I was told and in short time had my A/C up and running. With a 2 yr old inside and the temp up to 87, I was very thankful for the prompt service.
