DO NOT GIVE YOUR VALUABLE CLOTHES HERE. My blanket was burnt and torn by them. And the lady at the counter did not even accept her fault! My blanket worth 7000 rupees is DAMAGED.

Worst service, Laundry person Lost my wedding saree which I had used only twice after wedding day. Laundry person is not ready to take responsibility of lost saree, he had tagged wrong receipt number to my saree and was handing over saree of some other customer to me & moreover was trying to convience me that saree belongs to me, I had to show pictures of my wedding to prove that saree is not mine and he is handing over wrong saree to me. He treats customer like beggar after loosing their clothes and as per terms and conditions on receipt not ready to pay the promised amount for damage. He says its not his mistake though its completely his mistake and not ready to bear the loss by returning the amount for damaging clothes. Tries to fool customer. Please beware and take decision wisely after reading this review.

Hi all, Do not use Oz Wash laundry for dry cleaning. I gave them my benarasi silk saaree worth 8,500 to dry clean. They spoiled my saaree with green color all over it. I asked them to fix it which they couldn't.. They totally spoiled my saaree which was so expensive.. They refused to compensate when they couldn't fix it... I couldn't do anything even though they spoiled it....BEWARE OF OZ WASH laundry.

He is one of the pathetic dry cleaners that i have ever seen .....Given a costly 8000 rs saree after dry cleaning, it came out with the dark unrecoverable black mark. When told him he simply denied the fact, after a lonf long discussion given again....and guess what now it comes with four holes in it......when told him they simply told me that we are not responsible...such people should be thrown out of this service industry. Worst experience with a loss of 8000 rs....They just tell you or distribute the leaflet mentioning the lowest rates, but let me tell you they are the cheapest in quality too!! They use cheap chemicals..

We normally use their service for washing clothes and For dry cleaning. Their service is very much impressive as they were very well without any stains and Iron it perfectly. They charged RS 150 for dry cleaning. It's an excellent service offered by them.
