If I could, I won't even give a single star to this so called KSPN ENTERPRISES. You get very rude behavior if you complain about their service and they replace the damaged parts of your water purifier with old ones but by assuring you that they are new. They shout and yell at you if you tell them your problem. And if we want to do an AMC contact then they come within a day's span. But after than the service is again very bad. DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES.

I have a RO already and I have asked them for service 2 month back. but they have not service properly and now they said that the pump is not working. I have asked them to change the Pump as its in 1 year Service, Its been a last 10 days no one came no one speak properly as well. I have there phone recording which I want to upload.
