The person called Rajesh came at my place and unnecessary told that in instant geyser coil replacement and Thermostat is required to be replaced and will cost Rs 1,600/- bill and warranty will be sent later. He took geyser came within 30 mins and said the bulb of geyser is not repairable and after payment thru whatsapp they will send the invoice. But i reach out many times- first they told at evening i will give and then next day will give and till this day they have never turned up. This is the organiation where these people are making money by cheating others.

Very worst service by kalaignanam.we called him.by getting the phone number from Google. He came to my home and did geyser maintenance. After 2 days, water started leaking continuously from geyser. Again we called him, he came after couple of days and did something. Now when i switch on the geyser, all the lights and fans are getting off in another room. We tried calling him after that, it's been 10 days he is not responding. When we tried calling him from another number, he is potratiing himself as some other person and telling us that kalai will come look into it. It's a very bad service from vinayagaka. We didn't expect this. Please don't treat people like this. Treat equally. If you can't come, atleast attend the call and convey the same. we can look for some other geyser service.

I rate this company and Mr. Chadda 0. I bought solar water heater 500lpd in June 2018. I had problems from beginning only. He took complete money from me in March 2018 and installation done in June 2018, but promised to complete installation in 2 Weeks. Even after installation water was not getting heat and had so many issues. Now it's not even 2 years Tank started leaking since February 2020. When I called him to complaint regarding same he delayed and still delaying the process. He sent technician to repair twice but water leakage problem not resolved then he said he will replace the tank and it's 3 week he didn't do anything and not even called back to inform me about the delay. When I called him today initially he didn't pick my call when I called repeatedly he picked the call and was very rude on call " Mai karta hu ek gante me" and he was trying to disconnect the call. His service after sales are very bad do not buy any products from him. I have his call recording aswell.
